摘 要: 以PZT95/5陶瓷为例,概述了铁电陶瓷在脉冲能源上的应用及材料对能源性能的影响。主要包括陶瓷的制备及性能、陶瓷的冲击放电机理和陶瓷的冲击放电效应及影响因素。通过比较我们认为,陶瓷的研制,特别是密度的改变对陶瓷的力学及电学性能影响较大。陶瓷冲击加载下的新应用,将带动陶瓷各方面性能的深入研究。 Use the ferroelectric PZT 95/5 ceramic as an example to summarize the new application on shockdriven pulsed power supply. Mainly about preparation and properties research of PZT 95/5, discharge mechanism and its influence factors of ceramic under shock-driven, application example of ceramic used as an shock-driven pulsed power supply. Consideration of this paper is the new application will bring along the deep research on most aspect of ceramic and drive correlated scopes extension.
