摘 要: 采用可编程序控制器(PLC)对摇臂钻床传统的继电器—接触器电气控制系统进行技术改造,给出了摇臂钻床PLC电气控制系统的设计梯形图、输入输出接线图。PLC的应用不但大大提高了摇臂钻床电气控制系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力,而且大大简化和减少了维修维护的工作量,使用效果良好。 The relay-eontactor electric control system of rockerarm drilling machine was reconstructed by adopting programmable logic controller. The trapezia drawing of PLC control reconstruction was provided,and I/O wiring diagram was also provided. With the application of PLC,the reliability and anti-jamming of electric control system were improved. The result of use is good.
