摘　　要： 流溪河防洪整治工程是广州市的一项重点工程。介绍了在流溪河防洪整治工程(二期)施工阶段监理实施过程中如何从监理机构的组织,监理制度的制定和监理工作的实施,对工程进度、质量、投资三大目标所采取的控制措施,总结了监理工作中的经验和教训。 Liuxihe flood control and regulating project is one of the key projects of Guangzhou City, An introduction is made on the control of construction progress, quality and cost of project from the organization of supervision department, drafting of supervision policy and practice of supervision work during construction period of Liuxihe flood control and regulating project （second stage）. Experience and lesson of supervision work are also summarized.
