摘 要: 文中研究了在PdC l2的盐酸体系中加入过量KI,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)的正戊醇溶液萃取Pd(Ⅱ)的方法。实验研究了CTMAB浓度、相比、酸度、萃取时间及待萃液中钯的质量浓度等条件对钯萃取率的影响;结果表明,低浓度的CTMAB用低相比可以快速、高效地萃取钯。实验测定了钯的萃取饱和容量大于15g/L;用9mol/L的氨水反萃取钯,反萃取率达到99.5%。该方法有机相的重复使用性能良好。 In this paper, palladium (Ⅱ) extraction is studied by cetyhrimethyl ammonium bromide after fluous potassium iodide is added to the solution of chlorhydric acid containing palladium chloride. The studies quatic superinclude palladium (Ⅱ ) concentration in aphase on the extraction recovery of palladium ( Ⅱ). Experimental results show: palladium ( Ⅱ) can be extracted fast and efficiently with low CTMAB concentration and low phase ratio (O/A). Saturated capacity of palladium( Ⅱ ) is determined with its value being over 15g/L. Palladium (Ⅱ) is stripped by aqueous ammonia, and stripping recovery of palladium ( Ⅱ ) is 99.5 % when aqueous ammonia concentration is nine mol per litre. Repetitive performance of organic phase is excellent.
