摘 要: 本文研究了棉秆烧碱-蒽醌法蒸煮装锅前预浸技术,研究了热水和化学药剂两种预浸方式,结果表明:采用热水和化学药剂对棉秆预浸均有效果,但是化学药剂的效果更好。实验数据显示: 提高热水温度可以改善纸浆质量,细浆得率提高1.7%,白度提高2.8%ISO,卡伯值降低2.49。采用化学药品预浸与常规烧碱-蒽醌法蒸煮细浆得率相比几乎不变,而白度提高6.5%ISO,卡伯值降低了6.61。无论采用热水还是化学药剂,预浸温度均是超过70℃、热水预浸时间超过15min 效果明显,而化学药剂预浸在5~15min即可获得较好效果。 Impregnation technology of eotton stalks before digestion is studied in this paper. Double modes of impregnation with hot water and chemical are carried out. The results indicate that two modes of impregna- tion have good effect and chemical impregnation is better than hot water. The yield of screened pulp can be increased 1.7%, brightness can be increased 2.8% ISO, and Kappa number can be decreased 2.49 during pre-soakage with hot water. The yield of screened pulp almost unaltered, brightness can be increased 6,5%ISO, and Kappa number can be decreased 6.61 during impregnation with chemical. The effect is better as the temperature of impregnation exceeds 70℃. Time of more than 15min with hot water is better, but time of 5-15min with chemical is enough.
