摘　　要： 针对皮革制品企业生产实际情况以及目前商品化软件中生产计划制定方法的局限性,提出了固定周期法和投产计划法相结合的准柔性化主生产计划编制方法,设计了基于Petri网的MPS制定的过程模型,并给出了应用实例。 Aiming for the actual production of leather manufacturing factories and the limitation of the method of setting up MPS in current commercial software, a new mothed of drawing up para-flexihie MPS is put forward by combining the fixed period planning method with orderbased planning method. Also, the model of planning process for MPS has been designed with Pe tri network. Finally an actual application example is given.
