摘 要: 针对超声振动-放电复合加工的放电状态的检测参数,提出了输入参数模糊化的方法,并确定了输出量的解模糊方法。通过采用推理机,对M ISO系统进行解耦,简化了模糊控制系统的计算,加快了系统的响应速度,使模糊控制系统具有更好的自适应性。 According to the detection variables of the discharge machining combined with ultrasonic machining's discharge state, the fuzzy solutions of input variables and defuzzification solutions of output variables were advanced. The MISO system was separated by using the decision tool, which simplifies the calculation methods and enhances the echo speed of the system, therefor the fuzzy control system has the better autoadaptation charactistic.
