创伤弧菌疫苗对青石斑鱼的免疫学效应和安全性

摘  要: 弧菌病是海水网箱养殖石斑鱼Epinephelus主要疾病之一。本文利用致病菌──创伤弧菌Vibriovulnificus强毒菌株制备出安全性很高的福尔马林灭活疫苗(FV)和热灭活疫苗(HV)。这两种疫苗无论使用佐剂与否,通过肌肉注射接种青石斑鱼E.awoara都能使鱼体在较短时间内产生较强的体液免疫应答,而且抗体效价能维持较长时期。免疫后的青石斑鱼获得了良好的免疫保护力。 accines (FV and HV) were developed from strong virulent strains of Vibrio vulnificus by means of formalin-killed and heat-killed bacterial cells. Bacterins were tested for safety in EPinephelus awoara and satisfactory safety reached at least 93. 3% survival rate.Grouper, E. awoara was intramuscularly injected with formalinu-killed and heatkilled bacterins with or without Freund'S complete adjuvant by immunization two times,and antibodies produced more quickly against V. vulnificus in E. awoara. The serum agglutination antibody titres reached the peak between 28 and 35 days after primary vaccination, and the highest titre was obtained by single immunization with formalin-killed bacterin. These antibodies persisted for at least gi days. Fish were challenged with 107or 109 cells. ml-1 live pathogenic V. vulnificus after 35 and 63 days when the first immunization was given. The results showed that FV and HV vaccinations were significant immune protection against experimental infection, and FV vaccination was the most effective.
