摘 要: 论述了鸸鹋肉、油、血、蛋的营养价值;介绍了鸸鹋油的抗炎止痛、助渗透、促进创面愈合的药用价值及其保湿、抗氧化、防紫外线等护肤功能;探讨了鸸鹋作为一种新型食品、新型日用化工与医药原料的开发利用和广阔前景。 The research gives an exact analysis of nutritive value of the meat, oil, egg and blood of emu. The emu oil has the pharmacologic action of anti-inflammatory and acesodyne, penetration aid and wound healing. The oil is also helpful for moisture keeping, antioxidation and anti-ultraviolet radiation in cosmetics. The future of development and utilization of the emu meat, blood, egg and oil as kinds of new food and raw materials of chemical industry and medicines is discussed.
