摘　　要： 本文简述了当代“伪书”的概况,并从法律法规角度对“伪书”进行了法律分析,提出了图书馆的对策。 The paper summarizes contemporary pseudographs,gives a legal analysis on them from Regulations of Publication Management, Advertisement Law, Anti - Unfair Competition Lew, Protect Law of the Consumer Rights and Interests, Copyright Law and General Principles of the Civil Law, puts forward the countermeasures for libraries.
