摘　　要： 本文介绍了湘钢4#高炉冶炼专家系统的构成、软硬件组态及其配置，对专家系统在炉温预测控制、高炉操作炉型管理两大部分的功能及其应用情况进行了概述。该系统可以监控和预测炉温和炉况，并能锌对异常炉温和炉况进行报警和提出调控建议。减轻了工人的劳动强度。为高炉工艺提供了指导，同时延长了高炉寿命。 The article introduces the constitution,the disposition and the configuration of software ＆ hardware of the Smehing Expert System for No.4 Blast Furnace in Xiangtan Iron ＆ Steel. The functions of two major parts——furnace temperature prediction control and furnace shape operation management in the expert system and its application situation are also discribed. The system can monitor, predict the furnace temperatures and furnace conditions, and give an alarm and some adjusting suggestions when they are in unusual situation. With the help of the technology, workers’ labor intensity can be greatly reduced, and the blast furnace technology guide can be provided, with the benefit of prolonging the life of the blast furnace.
