600MW变压运行直流锅炉水冷壁内螺纹管内壁换热特性的研究

摘  要: 本文阐述国产600MW变压运行直流锅炉采用的φ28×5.41mm四头12Cr1MoV内螺纹管内壁换热特性的试验研究结果。试验参数范围为:压力P=13~27MPa,质量流速G=400~1800kg/m2·s,内壁热负荷q=200~800kw/m2。蒸汽干度x=0~1.0。通过试验,得出了内螺纹管的壁温度变化规律和内壁换热系数的变化规律。根据试验数据总结出了内螺纹管内壁单相换热的准则方程和双相换热的准则方程,为锅炉的设计和运行提供了可靠的数据。 This paper describes the experimental results on internal surface heat transfer in internally ribbed tubes used in sliding-pressure operation once-through boilers of 600MWthermal POwer plants. The test section of the four head internally ribbed tube was made of 12CrlMoV with a diameter of φ28×5. 41mm. The experimental Parameters were: pressure P = 13. 0 ̄27.0MPa, internal wall heat flux q=200 ̄ 800kW/m2, mass velocity G=400 ̄ 1800kg/(m2 .s),and steam qualityx=0  ̄ 1. 0. Based on the experiments, the wall temperature and internal surface heat transfer coefficient profiles of the ribbed tube are obtained,and a correlation for calculating internal surface heat transfer coefficient in the ribbed tubes is pre sented. The results will be very helpful for the design and operation of water evaparators with internally ribbed tubes in large steam boilers.
