摘 要: 网络环境下图书馆人力资源管理的规划具有动态性。作好人力资源需求和供给分析是图书馆人力资源动态规划的前提条件;图书馆人力资源的规划是一个动态的、连续的过程,它的具体内容主要包括两个方面:一是人力资源计划,包括人力资源总体规划和业务人力资源规划;二是图书馆人力资源信息系统的创建。 The human resource management planning of libraries under network environment is dynamic. The analysis of human resource demand and supply is the foundation of human resource management dynamic planning of libraries. The dynamic planning is a dynamic and successive process, with concrete contents mainly as the following 2 aspects: one is human resource planning, which is made up of overall planning and professional human resource planning; the other one is the establishment of a human resource information system.
