摘　　要： 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,针对竞技健美操运动员表现力的问题,寻找影响竞技健美操运动员比赛中表现力发挥的因素,总结归纳培养和提高表现力的手段与方法,为竞技健美操训练及比赛提供帮助,从而提高比赛成绩。 By using documents, interview, method of questionnaires, in view of the question of competitive aerobics athlete＇s expression force, this thesis seeks the elements of influencing competitive aerobics athlete＇s expression force in the match, sums up the means and ways of training and improving expression force so as to provide assistance for the training and match of competitive aerobics, and then improve match result.
