摘　　要： 管理信息系统是现代化管理不可缺少的组成部分,其体系结构普遍使用C/S结构和B/S结构。首先对C/S结构和B/S结构进行比较,接着以一个具体的实例介绍采用B/S结构的管理信息系统的设计和开发。系统使用效果良好,达到设计目标。 Management Information System （MIS） is the essential part of modem management. Architectures of C/S ＆ B/S axe usually adopted when developing a MIS. Firstly, the architecture of C/S is eompared with that of B/S. Secondly, as an example, the design ＆ development of a MIS with B/S architecture are illustrated, and the MIS runs well so as to achieve the design aim.
