摘 要: 为了适应创新的需要,企业组织结构也应做出相应的调整,创新型团队管理模式顺应时代需求而生。分析了团队的定义、分类及创新型团队的建设等问题,探讨了如何打造成功的创新型团队,为企业及各类组织机构提供参考。 In order to fit for the need of innovation, enterprise organizational structure also need to make a corresponding adjustment, so the management model of innovative team appears. On this paper, I will make an emphasis to analyze the definition of the team and the classification of it, and the innovative team establishment. Finally, make a clear understand of how to establishing a successful innovative team, and hope to provide valuable reference for all kind of organization structures.
