摘　　要： 本文论述图书馆图书招标的特殊性及面临的问题,说明招标不是图书馆选择图书供应商的合适方式;举出图书馆可采用的另外4种方式;阐明图书馆在实践中通过多次评估来选择供应商的方法,既能比较客观地评判,也符合图书采购的特殊性,有利于文献资源建设目标的实现。 The paper points out the particularity and the problems of the books bidding of library, states the other means of selecting books supplier, and clarifies the means that evaluatfng supplier during the cooperation by library can be more impersonal and fits with the particularity of the books acquisition.
