摘　　要： 通过调查分析国内外煤炭企业发展过程中的问题和经验,比较研究传统经济模式和循环经济模式的差异特征,并借鉴国外发展循环经济的成果与教训,构建出了我国发展煤炭企业循环经济的一般模式;并基于循环经济理论和系统工程理论与方法分析了其可行性;最后,从个案分析的角度考察了模式的适用性和有效性。 Through investigating and analysing the question and experience in the domestic and international evolution of coal enterprise, relatively studying the difference characteristics of the traditional economic mode and recycle economy mode, drawing lessons from achievement and lesson of developing recycle economy abroad, we have structured out the general mode that our country develops recycle economy of coal enterprise. From resources of coal of our country and environmental question, proceeding from resources of coal of our country and environmental question angle, and setting out from such relation angles among the trades as the coal and electricity , building materials , chemical industry of our country , etc. , we have analysed the necessity that the mode puts forward and structures, and have analysed its feasibility because of circulation economic theory and system engineering theory and method; Finally, we investigate the suitability and validity of the mode from angle that case analyse.
