摘　　要： 新产业区是后福特主义与新劳动地域分工及全球化相结合的产物,具有同源性,但在不同国家可能采取不同的表现形式。对新产业区的定义及其特征描述要充分考虑新产业区的成因。新产业区的高级化要从实际出发,从多种途径中进行有针对性的选择,形成新产业区提升的最佳路径和途径。 New industry district are formed by the combination of globalization, labor regional division and pest - Fordism. It may adopt different fomls of expression in different countries, but have the same origin cause. Definition and feature description to new industrial district must fully consider the origin cause of formtion of the new industry district. To upgrade new industry district, we should make the choices from the multiple advanced approaches of the new industry district, so as to form the best route and approach that the new industry district promoted.
