摘 要: 介绍了一种电磁驱动离合器装置,对电磁铁的吸力及其工作情况的温升进行了计算,与相关的试验结果进行了比较与验证,选择出了吸力大小合适、温升不高且能长时间工作的电磁铁,并在人工模拟降雨试验装置中得到了实际的应用,达到了预期的效果。 An electromagnet drive clutch equipment is developed. The electromagnetic force and the temperature rising of electromagnet are analyzed and calculated when the clutch works in real engineering application. The calculated results are compared with that of the interrelated experiment for validating the calculations. The electromagnet with appropriate electromagnetic force and temperature rising is selected. The selected electromagnet can work in a long period time with safety. The resuits have been used in the artificial rainfall simulator practice.
