摘　　要： 刘翔的培养是成功的,是“运动训练科学化”结出的硕果。众所周知科学训练是一个复杂的、系统的过程,“运动训练科学化”包含了丰富的内容,因此什么是“运动训练科学化”?怎样培养出更多的“刘翔”?实现为奥运争光的宏伟目标,就成为大家一直在探讨和研究的课题。 It is successful to train LIU Xiang, which the great achievement is for scientific sports training. People know scientific training is a complex and systematic process and scientific sports training contains many contents. So everybody continuously discusses and researches that what is the scientific sports training？ How can train more athletes like LIU Xiang to realize the grand goal that is to bring honors for Olympic Games.
