摘 要: 射频单板自动测试系统中的仪器控制是一项非常重要的工作,但由于某些射频指标测试过程中,仪器操作的复杂性给软件设计人员带来许多不便。本文介绍了一种在Virtual C++环境下控制仪器的解决方法,具体论述了如何使用VISA库制作射频仪器的类封装,以及在射频单板自动化测试程序中如何应用仪器类封装。 It is a very important work to control the RF (Radio Frequency) instrument in the automatic test system of RF board. However, it brings much of inconvenience to software designer because its complexity. A method for controlling the instrument based on Virtual C++ is introduced, and the method of program the class of RF instrument using VISA (Virtual Instrument System Architecture) lib is specified. The usage of the class in the automatic test program of RF board is also introduced.
