摘 要: 研究了4个节瓜品种(系)的光合作用对光和CO2的响应。结果表明:14-2、特选4号和黄毛光饱和点较高,光补偿点较低,光饱和时最大净光合速率较大和表观量子效率较高,而粤科2号利用光能的效率较低;4个品种(系)的CO2补偿点比较接近,CO2饱和点粤科2号最高,14-2最低;14-2具有最高的CO2饱和时最大净光合速率和羧化效率,表明其对CO2利用效率较高。 The response of leaf photosynthesis to light and CO2 were studied in 4 chieh-qua(Benincasa hispida Cogn. vat. chiehqua How. ) cuhivars. The results showed that there were higher light saturation point, lower light compensation point, higher maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pn) at saturated-light intensity and apparent quantum yield(AQY) in 14 -2, Texuan No. 4 and Huangmao, which indicated their higher light utilization efficiency. CO2 saturation point were similar in the 4 chieh-qua cultivars. Yueke No. 2 had the highest CO, saturation point,which was lowest in 14 -2. There was the highest maximum Pn at saturated-CO2 concentration and carboxylation efficiency ( CE ) in 14 - 2, which indicated its higher CO2 utilization efficiency.
