摘 要: 应用基于层状结冰的冷冻浓缩工艺,对中药抗病毒口服液的稀液进行了浓缩实验,并用高效液相色谱对实验结果进行分析。结果表明,当抗病毒口服液稀液连翘甙浓度由3.8μg.mL-1浓缩至11.5μg.mL-1、冷冻温度高于-8℃、结冰速率低于2.3 kg.h-1.m-2时,连翘甙的损失小于1.7%,采用层状结冰的冷冻方法浓缩抗病毒口服液是可行的。 Oral antivirus decoction one kind of Chinese herb decoction was concentrated by process of freeze concentration in this paper,and the useful component (phillyrin) of concentrated solution was measured by high performance of liquid chromatograph (HPLC). The oral antivirus decoction which had phillyrin content 3.8 μg · mL^-1 was concentrated until phillyrin content 11.5-15. 2μg · mL^-1. It was found that the phillyrin loss caused by freeze concentration had relation with freeze temperature and ice forming rate,was less than 1.7 %, if the freeze temperature was higher than --8"C and the ice forming rate was lower than 2. 3 kg·h^-1· m^-2.
