摘 要: 具有时间分辨能力的高能强流电子束束流参数测量需要高速的分幅相机,其幅间间隔时间要求达到10ns的水平,每幅曝光时间不大于5ns。针对这种难度较大的应用要求,结合快速电子技术、图像增强技术、光学分光技术等多门学科的成果,成功研制了一台可用于高能强流电子束束流参数的时间分辨测量的高速分幅相机,图像幅间间隔时间最快到达10ns,最小的曝光时间为3ns,一次可以拍摄8幅图像,图像分辨率为1376×1035,标准幅面可以达到Φ80mm,完全满足了目前的测量要求。 High-speed multi-frame gated camera for time-resolved measurement of electron beam parameters (especially for high energy and high current beam)should have the ability of capturing serial images with 10ns interval time and 3ns exposure time. One kind of such a high speed multi-frame gated camera has been developed recently. It is a combination of high speed electronics, image intensifier technology and optical splitter technology. It is now applied mainly in time-resolved measurement of electron beam. This system can capture 8 frame images one time in the minimum interval time of 10ns while the exposure time is 3ns. The frame interval time is 8 level which changes from 10ns to 1280ns in power of 2 and the exposure time can change in three level of 3ns, 5ns, 10ns. The size of images is 1376 × 1035 and the object plane size can reach φ80mm. The on-line beam diagnostic method for a 18.5MeV, 2KA and 90ns electron pulse has adopted this camera and many useful results have been obtained.
