摘　　要： 如何保护软件的使用权是软件开发者一直非常棘手的问题,解决此问题的关键在于建立软件注册机制模块。使软件既能满足使用者合法试用的要求,又要使被试用的软件受到应有的保护。在本文中,笔者阐述了软件注册机制模块的工作原理、基本要求和设计方法,并理论联系实际地总结了笔者的使用心得和观点。 It＇s very intractable to software＇s operator that How to protect the software＇s usufruct .The register module of software＇s usufruct is the best method to settle this matter. The results show that the users are satisfied with this method in software＇s probationership, and the software can not be pirated. In this text, we talk about the principium,the request and the design method around the register module of software＇s usufruct. At last, we recount some viewpoint about the register module of software＇s usufruct in our work.
