摘　　要： 综述了α1抗胰蛋白酶的分子结构、理化性质及生物学原理。探讨了α1抗胰蛋白酶与肺气肿、肿瘤和CF等的关系。简述了检测α1抗胰蛋白酶的几种常用方法;着重论述了α1抗胰蛋白酶缺乏的症状及其临床治疗。 The molecular structure, physical and chemical properties and biological principle of α 1 antitrypsin were summarized; the relationships of α 1 antitrypsin and emphysema, tumour and CF were discussed in the article. Some common assay methods of α 1 antitrypsin were simply illuminated; the lack of α 1 antitrypsin and its clinic therapy were emphasize in the article.
