摘 要: 采用PFI磨对棉秆全秆漂白硫酸盐浆进行打浆,分析了纤维长度和纸张强度指标随打浆度的变化。结果表明,打浆初期棉浆的纤维长度下降很快,打浆度超过50°SR后纤维长度下降趋缓。打浆度对棉浆耐破指数和裂断长的影响相近,在60°SR左右耐破指数和裂断长均达到最大值。而耐折度在接近50°SR时达到最大值。打浆度为40°SR时,撕裂指数开始明显降低,耐折度和耐破指数随打浆浓度上升最快,撕裂指数在低浓范围随打浆浓度上升而明显增大。配抄实验表明,棉浆配比20%以下时配抄防水铜版纸是可行的。 Cotton stalk kraft pulp is beaten by PFI mill. Fiber lengths are analyzed. Strength properties of the sheets made of the pulps, which are beaten in different consistency, are compared in this paper. The results indicate that the length distribution profile of unbeaten pulp fiber has double peaks, the double-peak profile turns to single-peak profile as beating degree increase. Longer fibers in cotton stalk bast are easy to be cut short. Lengths of fibers decrease quickly during initial beating-up period, but they decrease slowly after 50°SR. The effect of beating degree on strength indexes is different. Breaking length and bursting strength reach the highest level at about 60°SR. Folding endurance rises quickly in 40 - 50°SR, reaches the peak value at 60°SR too. Tear index reaches the peak value at 23°SR which is much lower than the others. The effect of beating consistency on cotton stalk pulp is studied in this paper. The results indicate that folding endurance and bursting strength increase obviously with increasing heating consistency, but heating consistency has no any effect on breaking length. Tear index increases quickly with low consistency beating, but it increases slowly with medium and high consistency beating. Papermaking study indicates that waterproof art paper can be produced when less than 20% of cotton stalk pulp is used as the furnish.
