摘 要: 以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,在水相中聚合制备三元共聚物PMAA,从因素效应方面综合研究其阻垢性能。实验表明,PMAA对温度有较宽的适应范围,在中酸性和弱碱性条件下能较好地发挥阻垢性能,在高浓缩倍数下亦有良好的阻垢效果。在水样pH=7,温度为80℃,阻垢剂PMAA质量浓度为6mg/L时,恒温10 h,对碳酸钙阻垢率为97.38%,对磷酸钙阻垢率为85.69%;PMAA质量浓度为12 mg/L,对碳酸钙阻垢率可达100%,对磷酸钙阻垢率亦能达96.5%以上。 The terpolymcr denoted as PMAA was prepared by the water- phase polymerization of maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid (AA) and aerylamide (AM). Then the scale inhibition performances of PMAA were comprehensively studied by various factors. It shows that the PMAA shows excellent scalc inhibition performances at a wide temperature range. It can exhibit good scale inhibition performances under the medium- acidic and alkalescenee conditions, and it has good scale inhibition effect under the condition of high concentration. Under the conditions of solution with pH value of 7, at 80 ℃ and for 10 hours inhibition treatment, the scale inhibition percentage of PMAA can reach to 97.38 % and 85.69 % for the CaCO3. and Ca3 (PO4)2 respectively, when 6 mg/ L of PMAA is used. And the scale inhibition perccntage of PMAA can reach to 100% and above 96.5% for the CaCO3 and Ca3 (PO4)2 respectively, when 12 mg/L PMAA is uscd.
