摘　　要： 第一次将小数重合法应用于非真空的长度测量中;通过对于涉仪温度系数的测量,结合单模光纤的色散特性,采用逐步近似的办法,提高了测量精度。在实验中得到了绝对误差小于0．1 μm的测量结果,为光纤干涉仪在精密测量方面的应用提供了理论基础。 For the first time excess fraction method is introduced into the measurement of optical path difference. The temp-characteristies of tow M-Z interferometers was measured, and the absolute error is no more than 0.1 μm.
