摘 要: 通过实证调查,我们发现地方行政组织中普遍存在着心理所有权现象,基于个人层面的心理所有权指向和强度在组织整体、目标和个体组织因素如职位、职权、个人、小集体等上的非均衡分布决定性地影响了组织协调、指挥,使组织有了膨胀的动机和维持膨胀的趋势。因此,机构改革应当从行政内生态环境的层面寻找突破此心理模式的有效对策。 This article explores the phenomenon of psychological ownership commonly existing in local administrative institution based on the empirical study from the perspective of psychological analysis mode.It also points out that the direction and strength of psychological ownership based on the individual aspect in the unbalanced distribution of the overall organization,the objectives and the factors of individual organization such as positions,authority,individuals, small communities,etc decisively affect the organizational regulation and guidance.The psychological ownership allows organization to have expansion motivation and the tendency of sustainable expansion.Finally,this article puts forward some suggestions for breaking through this psychological mode based on the ecological environment of internal administration.
