摘　　要： 透过对西方企业理论的归类和分析,可以更好地观察国内企业成长理论的主要进展和存在不足。中国企业成长问题的理论研究重点应是民营企业成长的品质问题,民营企业活着才能成长,健康重于做大;应在吸收现代经济学企业成长理论和管理学企业成长理论成果的基础上,从二者结合的角度,以一些发达区域民营企业成长为个案,探究民营企业的生存、发展问题。 This article analyses the leading domestic growth theory of enterprises,based on the relevant studies in the West.It holds that the point of theoretical study of enterprises growth in China should be how to enhance the quality of private enterprises growth,how the Chinese private enterprises can survive,and how they can develop in a way sustainable but not pompous.We should integrate the growth theory of enterprises of modern economics with the growth theory of enterprises of management studies.On the basis of the integration of the two,the exploration of the survival and development of private enterprises can be made with the case study of the growth process of the private enterprises in some developed areas.
