摘　　要： 中国为了在2020年完成工业化,提出了:“坚持以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子”的发展路线,掀起了走中国特色的信息化道路的热潮。但从近年国内信息化发展来看,存在很多问题,如一些电子政务弃而不用,成为摆设;电子商务覆盖面太窄;企业信息化失败率高等。因此要构建中国特色的信息化道路的体系模型,使中国特色信息化道路朝正确方向发展。 In order to achieve the industrialization by 2020, China has advanced the guideline of development featuring on mutual promotion of industrialization and informatization with high technology, and benefits yet low resource consumption and environmental pollution, and the effective use of manpower resources. This will be a Chinese- characterized model of informatization. However, there still exist many problems in recent years including the .less efficient e- administration or insufficicnt e- commerce all of which directly cause the failure of enterprise informatization. This paper proposes a model of Chinese- characterized informatization system.
