摘　　要： 国际机制中的利益驱动对公共政策具有重要的影响,它涉及到国际机制的角色、国际机制中的利益分配、国内各决策单位的利益协调。通过大量的实证材料和个案分析,本文的主题在于阐述全球环境基金与中国环保政策协调的关系。作者认为国际机制中的利益驱动因素会深化公共政策协调过程的发展。 Interest-based factors exert great influences on pubhc policy making. It involves the role of international regimes and profit distribution. Based on empirical materials and in-depth case study, this paper manages to explain the relation between Global Environmental Regime and Chinese policy of environment protection. The author holds that the interest-based factors in international regimes tend to promote the development of public coordination.
