摘　　要： 研究性思政工作团队的本质在于创新,它能够有效回应高职院校对于创新型思想政治教育工作者的呼唤。本文具体从“学院战略认识的达成”、“团队共同愿景的培育”以及“思政交流平台的搭建”三个方面对如何构建高职院校的研究性思政工作团队进行探讨。 Research work team on ideological and political education lies in innovation, to respond effectively to senior technological institute for innovation educators call. The article from the ＂strategic understanding reached,＂ ＂the common vision of nurturing＂ and ＂exchange platform structures＂ explore how to build research work team on ideological and political education of senior technological institute.
