摘　　要： 随着城市化的发展和人们游憩时间的增多,游憩商业区建设被赋予塑造城市形象,展现人文关怀的内涵。本文从游憩商业区的概念和国外游憩商业区的发展入手,界定和总结游憩商业区的特性,并针对南京游憩商业区发展的现状,提出构建和发展南京游憩商业区的规划构想。 Currently, the urbanization in world cities has greatly increased. Because of this continuing trend, and people＇s more and more time sparing in recreational activities, the Recreation Business District（RBD） has become an important approach to promote cities＇ special characters and simultaneously to present their essences culturally. In this essay, the concept and characteristics of RBD have been identified and concluded, and the foreign developments in this field have also been discussed. Consequently, the current situation of RBD in Nanjing has been analyzed as a practical research. According to these debates, this essay presents some notions for creating and developing RBD in Nanjing.
