摘　　要： 阅读不是一个单纯的认字识义过程,而是一个极为复杂的含有多种技能的思维过程。理工科大学英语教学有其特殊性,因此应该综合利用各种阅读课型的特点,结合理工科学生的实际,全面提高学生的阅读能力。 Reading is not a process of only understanding the meaning of words, but a very complex process of thinking which needs various skills. College English teaching among the students of the science has its unique characteristics, so we should, according to their actualities, help them improve their reading skills by making use of reading various reading materials.
