摘　　要： 近年来,我国的民营企业取得长足进步,但其本身固有的缺陷严重影响了它的健康发展。“短命”成为中国民企群落中存在的一个十分普遍的现象。本文针对其原因,借鉴张裕公司创业的成功经验,分析现代民营企业的利弊得失和改进方略。 Recently, the domestic private enterprises have made great progress. But, the built- in limitation influences their fine development seriously. ＂Ephemerality＂ becomes usual to many Chinese private enterprises. This essay puts forward some new thoughts of development according to the reasons, using Changyu＇s successful experiences for reference, as appears realistic and pertinent.
