摘 要: 作者从卵圆鲳Trachinotusblochii分离了一株刺激隐核虫Cryptocaryonirritans,再经人工感染的方法收集各期虫体,制成电镜样品,对虫体的胞口超微结构进行了观察。同时,用银染和免疫荧光染色以及共聚焦显微镜对虫体的胞口周围及内部的纤维和微管进行了观察。结果表明刺激隐核虫的胞口结构与前口类纤毛虫(Prostome)的胞口结构有诸多相似之处,而与归属于膜口类Ophryoglenina小瓜虫差异较大,因此,作者认为刺激隐核虫的分类更适合归属于前口类Prostome,而不是膜口类Ophryoglenina。 The oral structure of an isolate of the parasitic ciliate Cryptocaryon irritans obtained from cage-cultured snubnose pompano ( Trachinotus blochii ) from Huidong, Guangdong Province in China, was examined by scanning (SEM) and transmission (TEM) electron microscopy. The strain was maintained in experimentally infected snubnose pompano from which the samples used for ultrastructural observation were collected. Oral structure of C. irritans includes paroral or oral dikinetids, oral papillae, oral ribs, cytopharyngeal apparatus, loose microtubules, fiber, cytostome, oral extrusomes and brosses. A well developed oral ciliature is composed of dikinetid cilia in the trophont and theront of C. irritans, with two kinetosomes which are ciliated and each dikinetid is associated with a single parosomal sac that is closest to the anterior kinetosome. The oral cavity of the parasite is surrounded by oral papillae and oral ribs. Oral papillae is a protrusions or pellicular extensions which lies in immediate contact with the paroral cilia and together encircles the oral opening. Ix^se microtubules originate deep in the cytoplasm and cross past nematodesmata and then extend into the papillae with closing to the paroral dikinetids unorganizedly. There are approximately 68 paroral dikinetids, which surround the oral opening, forming the cytostorne structure of the theront and trophont of C. irritans, in which the Organnelle of Lieberkühn is absent in all life stages of the parasite. Results of the present study suggest that the taxonomic affinities of C. irritans should lie with prostome ciliates based on comparison of its morphological features with those of Ichthyophthirius multifiliis and relative species of ciliates.
