摘　　要： 每一个特定的社会,都有自己的建设目标。社会的发展与人本身的发展是密不可分的,人的素质伴随着社会的发展而提高,而高素质的人又是推动社会发展的动力。因此,构建社会主义和谐社会必须首先贯彻人的价值原则,并建立在人的各方面充分而全面的发展,即人的能力素质提高的基础之上。 Every specific society has its own construction objectives, but the social development is interwoven with a person＇s own development. A person＇s quality is improved with the social development while high-caliber people are the driving force for social advance. So in building a harmonious socialist society, we should first carry out the principle of a person＇s value and build it on the basis of enhancing the ability and quality of a person.
