摘 要: 20mg/L芦丁(rutin)处理提高了阴生植物白掌(Spathiphyllumfloribundum)和万年青(Aglaonemamodestum)的PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ光化学能量转换的有效量子产量(ΦPSⅡ),减轻了它们在强光下的光抑制,起到了一定的光保护作用。可以认为,20mg/L芦丁处理在阴生植物叶片防御光损伤方面起了保护作用。从Fv/Fm和ΦPSⅡ的平均值看来,万年青的标准差均大于白掌的,表明万年青一天内测得的Fv/Fm和ΦPSⅡ离散程度均较大,对高光强反应比白掌敏感。 20mg/L rutin treatment served as protection by increasing the maximal photosystem II (Fv/Fm) and actual quantum yield of photosystem II (φPS lI ) of shade plants (Spathiphyllum floribundum and Aglaonema modestum), relieving photoinhibition under strong light.It was deduced that in strong light, 20mg/L rutin treatment could play a protective role against photo-damage to the photosynthetic apparatus in shade plants leaves.From the view of mean of Fv/Fm and φPS lI , Aglaonema modestum standard deviation was higher than Spathiphyllumfloribundum,this indicated that measured Fv/ Fm and φPS lI of Aglaonema modestum were bigger dispersion during a day,Aglaonema modestum showed more sensitivity to strong light intensity than Spathiphyllum floribundum.
