摘 要: 针对目前实现制造资源中知识共享和服务存在的困难,提出了面向制造资源的仿真网格的体系结构。文章重点研究了基于网格的知识融合算法中的重用知识的决策问题。在仿真网格环境下,通过知识融合,为用户提供了一种可视化的虚拟产品和制造设备的网格仿真应用平台。最后,以模具制造的贵重和关键设备为应用实例,验证了知识融合在网格中的应用机制。 Targeting the current difficulties in manufacturing knowledge sharing, a system architecture of simulation grid used for manufacturing resource-oriented knowledge fusion was proposed. The key issues concerned with the decision-making on knowledge reusing within knowledge fusion algorithms were mainly studied, and then, an applicable platform of simulation grid for virtual products and manufacturing facilities was provided in simulation grid. Finally, a practical example was conducted with the key facilities from mould and die manufacturing enterprises.
