广西甜茶多酚提取工艺研究

摘  要: 通过对水抽提、醇抽提、水提碱转法三种甜茶多酚抽提工艺进行对比,得出水提碱转法为较好的一种抽提方法。通过单因素和正交实验(L16(44))得出:影响甜茶多酚提取效率的主要因素为抽提时间,其次为pH,受提取温度和料液比的影响小;最佳提取工艺为提取温度85℃,时间30min,pH8.5,料液比1∶10,在此条件下的甜茶多酚得率为3.91%。 In this paper the extraction techniques by water, ethanol and water -extraction -and -alkali - deposition were compared, and it's founded the third method is the most efficient, The extraction technology of sweet tea ellagitannins is discussed by mono-factor and orthogonal (L16 (4^4)) design. The results showed that the extraction time of and pH values had more influence for the extraction efficiency than the extraction temperature and the ratio of material to liquor. The optimal extraction technological factors were as follows: extraction temperature was 85℃, extraction time was 30min, ratio of material to liquor was 1:10 and pH-8.5, Under the optimal conditions, recovery of sweet tea ellagitannin is 3.91%,
