摘　　要： 贸易政策评审机制是WTO的重要组成部分,它对中国具有重要的意义。但是中国在参加评审时面临着各方面的挑战,尤其是关税立法、知识产权的保护、服务贸易以及政府的职能等各方面。文章在深刻的分析之后有针对性提出了中国在参评时所应该采取的策略。 The trade policy review mechanism is a very important part of WTO. It is significant to China. China will face different kinds of challenges, especially the legislation of tariff,the protection of service, the fimction of the govemment and so on when takes part in the review. The author points out some advice on how to deal with those challenges after deep analysis.
