摘 要: 通过对燃煤电站锅炉受热面积灰结渣和吹灰运行对系统经济性影响的分析,总结出与之相关的经济性指标,建立计算模型,归纳出了电站吹灰经济性综合评价指标。在此基础上,针对某300 MW锅炉,建立了吹灰经济性在线监测系统,从而对电站吹灰经济性进行有效地评估,为电站吹灰经济有效地投入提供依据。 In this paper, the economic character about sootblowing, fouling and slagging is analyzed. Upon this, the economic parameters are concluded and calculated. The integrated parameter is used to evaluate the economic efficiency whole system. Moreover, a sootblowing economic online monitoring system is built on a 300 MW utility boiler. The system can evaluate the economic efficiency of the sootblowing operation and the process parameters of fouling and slagging. It can pror vide the guidance to the operation of sootblowing economically.
