摘 要: 在合成吗啉制备催化剂的过程中,根据组分含量的不同,采用约束配方设计进行了5因素11水平的均匀设计,考察不同组成对吗啉收率的影响,实际试验数为11个。结果表明,均匀设计显著减少了试验工作量和试验费用,克服了配方试验的盲目性。经过初步研究,在最佳条件下吗啉的收率达到了50%左右。 Constrained formulation uniform design with five factors and eleven levels was used in preparation of morpholine synthesis catalysts. Influence of different components on morpholine yield was investigated by eleven times of experiments. The results showed that times of experiments were obviously cut down by the uniform design method. Morpholine yield of around 50 % was attained under optimum formulation.
