摘 要: 利用PSpice元器件构造移相全桥PWM(脉宽调制)新型控制器UCC3895仿真模型,实现了其主要功能,并将其应用到FB-ZVS-PWM变换器中,对整个开关电源系统进行了软启动、过流保护、闭环性能以及开关管软开关实现的仿真分析,给出了仿真结果。 This paper establishes a simulation model for new type full bridge PWM controller UCC3895 with PSpiee library. Furthermore, it incorporates the controller UCC3895 into the FB-ZVS-PWM converter, and simulates the soft-start, OC-protection, closed-loop performance and MOSFET ZVS for the whole switching power supply system, and the simulation results are presented. The simulation method is not only of some guiding significance for the engineering design of SMPS but is a useful supplement for the experimental study.
