摘　　要： 利用含氟表面活性剂的特殊性能,采用含氟表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂复配体系作为乳化剂制备纯丙乳液,讨论了含氟表面活性剂的选择情况,对得到的纯丙乳液进行了傅立叶红外光谱、透射电镜、差热扫描、流变性和成膜性的表征分析,测试了纯丙乳液的基本性能。结果表明此种纯丙乳液适用于外墙涂料配制,性能优良。 （Meth）acrylate emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization process with fluoro-surfactant and nonionic suffactant compounded. Selection of fluoro-suffactant was discussed. FTIR, TEM, DSC were used to characterize rheologic and film-forming properties of the emulsion obtained. Tests on basic properties of the emulsion showed that this emulsion with good properties was suitable for preparation of exterior wall coatings.
