摘　　要： 职业责任险保险人在承保、理赔及风险管理过程中能对专业人员的职业行为起一定激励和约束作用。由于保险人的商业经营性质,其对被保险人和投保人(专业人员)的管理是自激励的;由于保险人相对于政府和专业协会独立,能隔绝他们的干预。因此我国应从多方面加强职业责任险的行为管理作用。 Vocational liability insurer can play a certain role of encouragement and constriction to professional behavior in insurance claim and risk management. Because of the commercial trait of the management of the insurer, his management over applicants and the insured is self-encouraging. Because the insurer is independent from the government and specialty associations, he can avoid their interference. So the government should strengthen the management over vocational liability insurance from various aspects.
