摘 要: 应用碱性单细胞凝胶电泳技术(single cell gel electrophoresis,SCGE)]检测了0~30μmol/L CdCl2对体外培养的鸡脾脏淋巴细胞DNA的损伤效应。结果表明,镉浓度在0~30μmol/L范围内,随着镉浓度的增加,对鸡脾脏淋巴细胞DNA的损伤作用逐渐增强,呈现显著的剂量效应(r=0.983,P=0.004)。结果提示,镉致鸡脾脏淋巴细胞DNA损伤是镉对禽类免疫毒性的重要机制之一。 Alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis test was used to study DNA damage of chicken splenic lymphocytes cultured in vitro which was induced by different concentration of cadmium chloride from 0 to 30 μmol/L. The result showed that the chicken splenic lymphocytes DNA damage induced by cadmium gradually enhanced with the increasing concentration of cadmium within a range from 0 to 30 μmol/L, which showed a dose-dependent model (r = 0. 983,P = 0. 004). It suggests that lymphocytes DNA damage induced by cadmium may be one of important mechanism on the avian immunotoxic mechanisms of cadmium.
